Our Chef:

CHEF JASON WILLIAMS is a native of Nashville, TN he attended Hunters Lane High School where he focused his studies in Commercial Cooking. He later attended Tennessee State University where he majored in Business Marketing. While at TSU Chef Williams started his professional career working under the tutelage of a 40 year veteran at the Stouffer's Renaissance Hotel. Next Chef Williams ventured across the river to Regal Maxwell House Hotel and its rooftop gourmet restaurant, Crown Court where he served as one of the sous chefs. After two years learning in the gourmet environment of Maxwell House, Chef Williams moved on once again. This time to Loews Vanderbilt Plaza Hotel where he served in several positions including: Restaurant Chef in charge of all dining outlets and Banquet Chef responsible for all large event meals. After six years at Loews, Chef Williams moved once again to an upscale living facility in Belle Meade where he fined tuned his southern cooking skills. Chef Williams is now the proud owner of YourChef-Nasville.com, a personal chef/catering business.  Chef Williams now uses his knowledge of food and people to create delicious meals for families and individuals across Middle Tennessee.
